What is LifeKatha? An amalgamation of two words – Life (taken from the English language) and Katha (taken from the Hindi language), which means story. But this is not just a mere merging of words – it is an alchemy that Maneesh Media has been practising for nearly three decades. Maneesh Media, India’s leading diaspora publishing house, has documented the lives, journeys, institutions, and achievements of some of India’s most remarkable individuals. Through biographies, coffee table books, commemorative publications, and legacy projects, we have spent years refining the art of preserving what truly matters.

LifeKatha was born from that experience – as a more intimate expression of storytelling.

It takes values, memories, lessons, and legacies and turns them into tangible artefacts of a life well lived.At LifeKatha, we believe that stories can be found in every nook and cranny. They glisten in the wisdom exchanged across dining tables; they solemnly reflect in the sacrifices that were made but never spoken about. They come alive in photographs – posed and natural.

But how does one gently goad these myriad fireflies into a glass jar of light? How does it become a glowing narrative?
